WWK ARENA
Opened in 2009, the WWK ARENA replaced the historic Rosenaustadion as FC Augsburg's home. The football-specific ground holds 30,660 spectators and has steep stands without a running track.
The stadium became the setting for FC Augsburg's rise into the Bundesliga and later hosted one of the biggest European matches in the club's history when Liverpool visited Augsburg in the Europa League in 2016.
Home Standing End

Before every home match, the Kasperl gives his prediction for the game. During the traditional pre-match exchange between captains, the visiting team receives a marionette from the Puppenkiste instead of the usual club pennant.

Getting There
Take Stadion-Linie 8.
On FC Augsburg home matchdays, Stadion-Linie 8 runs directly from Augsburg Hauptbahnhof to the WWK ARENA.
The journey takes around 20 minutes. Services begin two hours before kick-off and normally run every five minutes before the match.
After the final whistle, additional trams operate according to demand and can run every two to three minutes at peak times.
Match tickets include travel on Augsburg buses and trams in zones 10 and 20 for three hours before and three hours after the match. Regional trains and regional buses are not included.
