Opened in 2021, the Europa-Park Stadion replaced the Dreisamstadion as SC Freiburg's main home. The football-specific ground holds 34,700 spectators and combines modern facilities with large standing areas.

The Europa-Park Stadion is well connected to Freiburg's public transport network. Matchday visitors can use tram services towards the stadium as well as the Breisgau-S-Bahn to FR Messe / Universität.
Your SC Freiburg match ticket also acts as a public transport ticket within the RVF network. It is valid for travel from five hours before kick-off and for the return journey until the end of service.
For evening matches, the included return journey remains valid until 03:00 the following day.
Public transport is usually the simplest option for visitors staying in or around Freiburg's city centre.

The Europa-Park Stadion normally opens two hours before kick-off. Food and drink outlets on the stadium boulevard can open three hours before the match, allowing the atmosphere to build outside before the turnstiles open.

The move to the Europa-Park Stadion in 2021 created more capacity and modern facilities, but it also meant leaving behind one of German football's most distinctive traditional grounds.
